Chapter: Reciprocal Memory & Receipt-Driven Community Response (Pre/During/Post)

What I’d lead: a protocol for how a CampFire Realm preserves sovereign continuity when communications fail—covering:

• Pre-disaster: shared “memory portability” planning (who holds what records, how relationships + skills are indexed without databases that can be captured), plus training for restoring coordination fast.

• During: distributed verification practices (how to decide what’s true, who has agency, and how to prevent rumor/extraction scams when electricity/network are down).

• Post: correction pathways and accountability (how to update the community’s “what we know / what we thought / what we missed” ledger so recovery doesn’t rebuild the old failures).

Why it’s the needed diversity piece: because physical readiness without truth readiness recreates the same cascade—confusion, externalized control, and extraction disguised as “help.”
