Pre-disaster: distributed, offline-first, multi-format archiving habits and physical/digital redundancy.
During: rapid prioritization of what must be saved or updated under extreme constraint.

Post: verification, reconstruction, and refusal to let external “recovery” systems become the new single point of failure or ownership over the community’s own memory.

This is the Long Watch applied to place.

Without continuity of record, every other protocol risks being rewritten by whoever shows up with resources after the storm. Diverse from pure logistics, pure energy, pure defense, or pure care chapters.

Focused on the thing that lets a realm remain itself across collapse.
